Since 1991, Maurizio Cantalini has been working hard at cultivating the perfect recipe for his homemade pasta. Four years ago he came in Albania and opened Vita99 Restaraunt bringing here the taste of italian cousine. All the recipes are homemade, using only flour, water, eggs and a pasta machine shipped directly from Italy, Maurizio does everything from making his own lasagna sheets to crafting signature dishes like Spaghetti alla "Gricia".
